TRE-X HAS A NEW HOME IN NSW

	Stunning Riverside Oaks Resort is the new home of adventure in NSW for the Tre-X Series as Off Road Triathlon goes 5 star! Just 55 minutes from Sydney CBD and nestled on the banks of the Hawkesbury, with a mountain bike course custom built for the Tre-X Series this is a spectacular event location with all the trimmings.

NEW TRE-X BACK 2 BACK IN QLD

	Saturday PM:	500 - 15 - 6
	Sunday AM :	500 - 15 - 6
The Back 2 Back is a new, adrenalin packed event in the Tre-X Series that will take place over 2 days. Long Course competitors will take on the 500-15-6 course on Saturday afternoon AND then again on Sunday morning.
Winners will be determined by a cumulative time for both the Saturday & Sunday events. Short Course & Teaser Courses will run on Sunday morning. With beautiful flowing single track and trails this course takes in some of the most beautiful scenery on the Sunshine Coast. Competitors and their families and friends can enjoy the luxury of this 5 star resort with some fantastic accommodation packages for entrants. Novotel Twin Waters resort is centrally located on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, situated on its own surf beach, with the Maroochy River on the adjacent side. The location allows you to take advantage of the coast's premier attractions to the north, south and west, but the surrounds, including private lagoon, tropical garden backdrop and vast resort facilities can just as easily convince you to simply stay within the resort and relax.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to complete a feedback form at Tre-X 2009/10. We've been analysing your feedback and based on what you told us, here are some of the new features you'l see at Tre-X 2010/11

• Camping and/or Accommodation options at every event.
• Child Minding at Tre-X Back 2 Back and Tre-X NSW
• Celebration / Presentation Dinners at Tre-X NSW, Vic, Champs & Back 2 Back
• A Teaser Series Champion Award for the Under 15s
• Revised Series Points Table where every event counts towards the points tally
• We're also working hard to offer transport & bike transport options for Qld competitors to travel to NSW & Victoria.

TRE-X VICTORIA IS BACK WITH THE DIRT FEST IN DAYLESFORD

19th & 20th March, 2011

The Victorian round of the Salomon Tre-X Series will be held in Spa Country in Daylesford with Race HQ based at Jubilee Lake Holiday Park.

The weekend will include the Weekend Dirt Fest with accommodation on site, but remember sites and cabins sold out quickly last year, so get in early to book. Accommodation and Camping options include:

SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS IN 2010/11

With Salomon Tre-X now being a truly national series with events in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland there will be an update to how the series points are calculated in 2010/11.

All six events will count towards the series points, and to be eligible for a series championship award participants must have competed in at least 3 of the 6 events, and one of them must include the championship event at the end of the season.
