TRAIL RUN
This is one of the tightest run courses of the series with the majority of the track on winding single track trails which are uneven under foot.
The course is a 5km lap and includes uneven, rocky trails through ferned rainforesst, a creek crossing, some open trails and of course more of what we love about off road triathlon with some wet & muddy sections.
The course passes back through HQ on each lap so there will be lots of cheers and encouragement as you push yourself onto the rest of the course with water stations for refreshment.
